Debbie Applebaum, RN, BSN
Debbie is a New Orleans native and proud graduate of Touro Infirmary School of Nursing and Loyola University. Before joining the staff at Tulane Student Health in 1999, she was a critical care nurse. Debbie feels that it's a pleasure to work with the college age population.
Ronelle Aymami-Brockway, R.N., C.E.P.
A native New Orleanian who attended both the University of New Orleans and William Carey College to obtain a BS in Nursing, a BA in Psychology and a M.Ed in Physical Education, Ronelle has extensive Healthcare experience from nearly twenty years of clinical work at East Jefferson General Hospital. She joined The Health Center in 2007.
Dawn B. Bauer, DNP, FNP-BC
Director of the Preventive Health/Women's Health Clinic
Dawn is a New Orleans native who received her DNP degree from ULL in Lafayette, LA. She also received her MSN from SU and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA and her BSN from WCC in Hattiesburg, MS. She holds two national board certifications in Family Practice with the ANCC and AANP. She practices and has a special interest in women's health. Dawn joined Campus Health in 1999.
Brian Credo, M.D.
Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics/Senior Staff Physician
Brian is a New Orleans native who completed his MD degree at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, followed by an internship and residency in Pediatrics at both Charity Hospital and Children's Hospital of New Orleans. He then went on to complete a Fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Ole Miss, and is currently one of a small handful of Doctors in the state with Fellowship expertise in this field. His interests include primary care of the college student and Medical Ethics, as well as the mutual relationship between the Humanities and Medicine.
James A.H. Farrow, M.D.
Professor of Pediatrics & Medicine, Staff Physician
James is originally from Texas and completed medical school training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at UCLA in Los Angeles and fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at University of Washington in Seattle. He has been on the Tulane faculty since 2000 and a clinic provider at The Health Center providing primary care services and specialized men's health services. Providing effective and compassionate care for adolescents and young adults has been the focus of his entire professional career.
Theresa Seymour Green
Theresa has been working in The Health Center since 2002. Her job is enlightening, interesting and always busy. Theresa received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a minor in Human Resource Development from Tulane University. She enjoys working with the students and helping them to obtain better healthcare.
Dede Holmes, RN
Dede is a native New Orleanian who attended Charity Hospital School of Nursing, 3 year diploma program. She worked as Oncology nurse at Ochsner for 18 years and started at The Health Center in 2003.
Pat Jeanfreau, RN, BSN
Pat is a New Orleans native and has been at the student health center since 2005.
Orlando Jerez, Pharm D.
Orlando was born and raised in New Orleans. He graduated with a Pharm D. from Xavier University of Louisiana School of Pharmacy in 2014. He chose retail pharmacy because he loves helping individuals from different backgrounds and enjoys bringing cultural diversity to the field. Orlando worked for Walgreens retail pharmacy prior to joining the Tulane team in 2015.
Medical Records and Immunizations Supervisor
Geralyn have been with Tulane for 10 years at The Health Center as the Medical Records Supervisor. She also has 20 plus years in Medical Records before coming to Tulane. She originally worked at St Charles General Hospital for 12 years and West Jefferson for six years.
Cindy Lee, R.Ph.
Staff Relief Pharmacist
Cindy was born and raised in New Orleans and graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. Her professional experience includes over twenty years of working in both retail and clinic pharmacy settings. She joined the Tulane team in 2011 following a thirteen-year tenure as Director of Pharmacy at the University of New Orleans. Cindy is happy to be able to continue her passion of working in the field of college health here at the Tulane where she enjoys a commitment to serving the pharmaceutical needs of our students.
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Myrtle originally worked at Tulane Hospital in the Outpatient Pharmacy for 17 years. She joined The Health Center in March 2006.
Robert Meyn, RN, MBA, MHA
Bob is a native of New Orleans who obtained a BSN from the University of Arizona and an MBA/MHA from the University of Houston. He joined The Health Center in 2016 after working 20 years as a psychiatric RN and holding administrative roles in both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings.
Donna A. Rossner, RN
Assistant Nurse Manager
Donna has been a registered nurse for nearly 50 years. She has been working in the The Health Center since 2005.
Roxanne Tortorich, RPH
Roxanne is a New Orleans native with a BS in Pharmacy from Xavier University and a BS in Chemistry from ULM. Her professional experience includes thirty years of practicing in hospital, retail, and consultant settings. She joined the Tulane team in 2013 as a relief pharmacist and was promoted to Pharmacist-in-Charge. Roxanne is excited to serve the needs of the Tulane family in collaboration with the warm and nurturing staff at The Health Center.
Kristen Woods, RN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Originally from New Orleans, Kristen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in Baltimore, MD. After returning to New Orleans she worked as a registered nurse in the local community while continuing graduate studies at the University of South Alabama School of Nursing where she received a Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Practice. Kristen joined The Health Center in 2015.
Sarah Walsh, MS, RD, LDN
Sarah is a Registered Dietitian at Tulane University where she utilizes her nutrition expertise to provide nutrition counseling and outreach events to diverse groups of throughout the Tulane community. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Dietetics and Exercise Science from Iowa State University. Her areas of expertise include Eating Disorders, Weight Management, Sports Nutrition, and prevention and management of chronic diseases. Sarah is originally from Iowa and has moved to New Orleans from Columbia, SC.
