M. Scott Tims, PhD
Assistant Vice President of Campus Health
Scott is originally from Alabama and completed a MS in Applied Psychology from University of South Alabama and a PhD in Public Health from Florida International University. He has worked in a variety of health care settings with a focus on health promotion, prevention, and integration of services. He has been at Tulane since 2008, originally as leader of the health promotion and now as the first Assistant Vice President of Campus Health. Scott's primary responsibility is to work with the various health units to ensure good quality services are provided to keep students healthy and safe at Tulane.

Deborah England, MBA
Business Operations Administrator
Deborah completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting from University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and received her Master of Business Administration - Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University in Greenwood, Indiana. Previously, she worked in the accounting office at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has been with Tulane University since June 2013 and started with Campus Health December 2014. She is responsible for oversight of all business operations in Campus Health.

Daniel Garrett, M.D.
Medical Director
Daniel is originally from the Dallas area, and completed his medical school training at Univ. of Texas at Houston SOM. He completed his residency training at Tulane University in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He has a special interest in medical education, as well as preventative care. Daniel enjoys providing care to the adolescent/young adult population, as it is a diverse and dynamic group. He has been in college health since 2008 and is pleased to be serving the Tulane community.

Maeghan Livaccari, LCSW
Clinic Manager
Maeghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University of New Orleans and a Master of Social Work from Tulane University. She has worked in a variety of health care settings and has been at Tulane since 2008. Principal responsibilities include oversight of front desk operations, health information and electronic record management, medical records, customer service and referral coordination. Maeghan facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among Campus Health staff to assure the delivery of quality services.

Chad Oliver, BSPH
Data Control Specialist
Chad grew up in Florida and received his Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Tulane University in the fall of 2012. Currently he is completing his Masters of Public Health in Tulane's Epidemiology program. He has previous experience working as a Graduate Assistant and Peer Health Educator at The Well for Health Promotion. As a former Tulane undergraduate student, Chad has a special interest in the health and well-being of the Tulane community.

Wendy Schneider
Communications and Marketing Manager
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Nicholls State University. She joined Tulane Campus Health in July 2016 to manage communications and marketing efforts. She comes to the position with years of communication and graphic design experience in a variety of non-profit, educational, and medical organizations. In this role, Wendy designs health communications and marketing materials for all Campus Health departments, manages the website, chairs the Health Information Team and serves on the Communications Committee for the Division of Student Affairs.

Shone C. Scretchings, BA
Manager, Insurance and Revenue
Shone Scretchings has more than 17 years of health insurance and financial reimbursement experience in the medical and academic environment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Tulane University. Shone assists students in becoming better consumers of their health benefits.

Kathleen Soupenne, BA, M.Ed.
Insurance Benefits Specialist
Kathleen is a native New Orleanian. She completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Xavier University of Louisiana and went on to complete Graduate and Post Graduate courses at the University of New Orleans, earning a Masters of Education with a focus on Educational Administration and Special Education while teaching in the New Orleans Public Schools. She has been a Tulane employee since 2006 and continues to relish serving the educational community of New Orleans.

Benjamin Jennings, MCSE
Network Administrator
Ben was born in New Orleans and went to college at Centre College in Kentucky. He was involved in the computer industry in Atlanta both as a technical support specialist and a software developer before returning to New Orleans to be closer to his family. He started as a Help Desk Analyst at Tulane before becoming the Network Administrator of The Health Center in 2008.
