If you are experiencing urgent symptoms, and you don’t see an appointment in the Patient Portal or need to be seen sooner than the first available appointment shown, either:
(a) call the Health Center for personal assistance to schedule an appointment or
(b) request a same-say appointment at the Uptown Health Center.
