To schedule an appointment, use the Patient Portal any time or call during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
If your situation cannot wait until office hours, please review information about emergency and after hours care. If you are unsure if your medical need is urgent, we encourage you to call first to schedule an appointment or to call the Nurse Advice Line.

The Health Center is an appointment-based clinic.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please call or use the Patient Portal at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please note that there are possible charges (no-show fees, etc.) for not showing up for a scheduled appointment. Cancelling appointments online are subject to the same late cancellation fees as cancelling by phone.
If you are late or do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged at $20 No Show fee. Please note: Insurance does not pay for missed appointments or late cancelations.
To schedule an initial appointment, please call during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). You may request a consultation appointment for therapy, medication management and/or group services.
