To schedule a telehealth appointment with the Counseling Center, call 504-314-2277.
To schedule a telehealth appointment with The Uptown Health Center, call 504-865-5255, or follow these steps to schedule via your Patient Portal:
- Log into your Patient Portal.
- In the bar at the top of your page, click on Appts (appointments).
- For location, select Uptown Health Center.
- Select whether you’d like a Medical or Nutrition Appointment.
- Briefly describe your concern and hit submit.
- Choose Uptown Student Health Center for the clinic. Choose a reason, choose a provider or keep "all" selected.
- Choose your appointment time.
Please note, the provider may refer you to be seen in person at the Health Center depending on the chief complaint or diagnosis and follow-up required for treatment.
To schedule a telehealth appointment with The Downtown Health Center, call 504-865-5255, or follow these steps to schedule via your Patient Portal:
- Log into your Patient Portal.
- In the bar at the top of your page, click on Appts (appointments).
- For location, select Downtown Health Center.
- Select Medical Appointment.
- Briefly describe your concern and hit submit.
- Choose Downtown Student Health Center for the clinic. Choose a reason, choose a provider or keep "all" selected.
- Choose your appointment time.
