The Health Center is an appointment-based clinic.

  • For routine care, appointments are scheduled up to two weeks in advance. (Call or use the patient portal.)
  • For urgent conditions, an appointment or urgent consultation can be arranged for the same day.
  • For most acute, but not urgent needs, you may get an appointment in 24-48 hours. The only patient visits that will be handled on a work-in basis will be urgent care.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you cannot keep an appointment, please call or use the Patient Portal at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please note that there are possible charges (no-show fees, etc.) for not showing up for a scheduled appointment. Cancelling appointments online are subject to the same late cancellation fees as cancelling by phone.

Cancelation, no show, and late fees

If you are late for your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged at $20 No Show fee. Please note: Insurance does not pay for missed appointments or late cancelations.
