Campus Health services will be CLOSED ALL DAY on Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving and Native American Heritage Day.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally bringing awareness to one's self and surroundings, letting go without judgment, emphasizing gratitude, and purposely being present in the moment. It is an effective stress management technique that promotes relaxation and peace.
