Phone System Issue Affecting Call Transfers
The Health Centers for Student Care, both uptown and downtown, are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our phone system. While calls to our main number are still coming through, our staff members are temporarily unable to transfer calls or schedule appointments over the phone.
To schedule an appointment, please use one of the following options:
- Visit us in person during business hours (check in at the second-floor desk).
- Self-schedule through the Patient Portal.
- Email campushealth@tulane.edu for scheduling assistance.
