Recognizing that our environment is a large determinate of our health behaviors, Campus Health advocates for and promotes a variety of health polices to support the well-being of our community.
All students who have been admitted to Tulane University are required to provide proof of immunization compliance (meeting CDC and American College Health Association guidelines).
Tulane requires all degree-seeking students and Tulane-sponsored students in J-1 status to maintain adequate, quality medical insurance.
Every member of the Tulane community is expected to make responsible choices regarding alcohol and other drugs. Tulane has developed a detailed policy about alcohol and other drug use.
Smoking, and the use of all tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, are prohibited on all university facilities and property.
