How to Check Your Immunization Compliance Status

Here are instructions for checking your immunization compliance status in the Patient Portal.

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
  2. Click the Immunization tab.
  3. Scroll down and look beneath the instruction box at the top of the page. You will see either the words Compliant, Verified or Not Compliant.
  4. If you see Compliant, Verified, this means you are in compliance and need to take no further steps. If you see Not Compliant, this means you are not in compliance, and you must take further steps.

Not Compliant - How to See Missing Requirements

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
  2. Click the Immunization tab.
  3. Click View your immunization history.
  4. Under the Missing Immunization bar, you will see a list of missing requirements and the reasons for non-compliance.
  5. To print this list, click the green Print button.
