This class will be based on the foundations of barre and pilates, set to beat-based music. Feel free to bring friends and an open mind to celebrate yourself and others!

Embodied Sexuality

When is the last time that you made time and space to fully be present in your body and sexuality? Join Dr. Flint to learn what it means to be fully present in your body. In this workshop we will be discussing the meaning of embodiment, dive into a guided sexual embodiment practice, and a releasing ritual. By the time you leave this workshop you will have reflected on what it means to really embody your sexuality, radically and authentically.   This event will be taking place in-person and is limited, please RSVP through WaveSync.

confiDANCE Party

Be bold and take up space in the confiDANCE party, a movement experience to celebrate all bodies during body respect week. Campus Recreation and The Well for Health Promotion are teaming up and invite you to celebrate bodies through movement in this special edition of cardio dance party. Taking place November 7 -11th, Body Respect Week will bring the Tulane community comprehensive, queer-inclusive, culturally specific, body-positive health events.

Joyful Movement Through Roller Skating

Join Tulane Roller Skating Club (TURSC) for this event during Body Respect Week to learn more about Joyful Movement.  Joyful movement means moving your body in a way that is enjoyable for you. Some days you may want to get your heart pumping, while others you might want to take a more leisurely approach. On other days you may decide to rest, and that's ok too!  TURSC is hosting "Joyful Movement Through Roller Skating" to practice a fun form of movement!
