NOTICE: ALL Campus Health services, Uptown & Downtown, will be CLOSED for the winter recess beginning Monday, December 23 and ending on Wednesday, January 1. All operations will reopen on Thursday, January 2.

All Campus Health services will CLOSE from 12:00-1:00pm starting Thursday, January 2 through Friday, January 10.

Tulane EMS is OUT OF SERVICE for Winter Break as of Dec. 6. Service will resume January 13 at 7 a.m.

How to Schedule a Telehealth Appointment

Instructions for scheduling a telehealth appointment differ between clinics. Please access the dropdown below for further details.

Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS)

To schedule a telehealth appointment with CAPS, call 504-314-2277.

Uptown Health Center

To schedule a telehealth appointment with The Uptown Health Center, call 504-865-5255, or follow these steps to schedule via your Patient Portal:

  1. Log into your Patient Portal.
  2. In the bar at the top of your page, click on Appts (appointments).
  3. For location, select Uptown Health Center.
  4. Select whether you’d like a Medical or Nutrition Appointment.
  5. Briefly describe your concern and hit submit.
  6. Choose Uptown Student Health Center for the clinic. Choose a reason, choose a provider or keep "all" selected.
  7. Choose your appointment time.

Please note, the provider may refer you to be seen in person at the Health Center depending on the chief complaint or diagnosis and follow-up required for treatment.

Downtown Health Center

To schedule a telehealth appointment with The Downtown Health Center, call 504-865-5255, or follow these steps to schedule via your Patient Portal:

  1. Log into your Patient Portal.
  2. In the bar at the top of your page, click on Appts (appointments).
  3. For location, select Downtown Health Center.
  4. Select Medical Appointment.
  5. Briefly describe your concern and hit submit.
  6. Choose Downtown Student Health Center for the clinic. Choose a reason, choose a provider or keep "all" selected.
  7. Choose your appointment time.
