All Campus Health operations will be closed on Wednesday, June 29th due to staff trainings.

While we are closed, if you need medical or mental health services, please refer to the following resources:

  • For medical questions, the Nurse Advice Line can be reached at 504-862-8121.
  • For mental health crisis support, students may text or call The LINE, 24/7 at 504-264-6074.

We will reopen on Thursday, June 30th for regular business hours.

Secure Messaging

Use Secure Messaging to respond with questions to your health care provider who has sent you a Secure Message. Secure messages are more secure than standard email so your confidentiality is always protected. Please note that all communications via secure message become a permanent part of your electronic health record.

  • Check your Tulane email for notification of secure messages from The Health Center directing you to the Patient Portal.
  • Log in to the Patient Portal and select "Messages" from the main menu to review notes and lab results sent to you via secure message from your provider.

Note: You should submit health information only via the Patient Portal and never by email.
