Health Center Service Update - February 23, 2026

Due to the boil water advisory, the Student Health Center (Uptown) is operating with limited in-person services today, February 23.

Students with appointments scheduled for today will receive individual guidance and instructions.

Students seeking a same-day appointment should call 504-865-5255 for assistance.

This does not affect Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS).

For general questions, please email campushealth@tulane.edu.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Pharmacy Service Update

The Campus Health Pharmacy is temporarily unable to fill new prescriptions or process refills until further notice.

The pharmacy remains open for prescription pick-up (already filled), consultation, and over-the-counter purchases.

Please use an off-campus pharmacy for any new prescriptions or refills at this time.

Support and Services

Tulane University offers a wide variety of services that are sensitive to the challenges that university students face regarding alcohol and other drug use. We provide services for students who want to learn more about their own use of alcohol and other drugs, reduce or eliminate their use, or are worried about a friend or family member's use or dependency. In addition, the Tulane and the New Orleans community are home to many self-help groups and treatment facilities.
