Cancellations, No Shows, and Late Fees

If you cannot keep an appointment, please call the appropriate clinic or use the Patient Portal to cancel your appointment.

  • Health Center appointments need to be cancelled at least two hours prior to the appointment.
  • Counseling Center appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

A $20 "no show" fee may be charged in the following situations:

  • You do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
  • You cancel too late. (Late online cancellations are subject to the same fees as late cancellations by phone).
  • You show up late for your appointment and we must ask you to reschedule. (To avoid this scenario, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time).

Please note that insurance does not pay for fees incurred due to no shows and late cancellations.
