The Counseling Center is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming community of care for all Tulane students. The counseling center team of trained professionals fosters personal, emotional, and academic growth by offering an array of services which enable students to develop new skills to improve their mental health and overall well-being. Services offered include access to self-help tools, short-term therapy, interpersonal and support groups, skill-building workshops, outreach and prevention programs, and consultation services to the Tulane community. Counseling Center services are available in-person or virtually, depending on student preference. Some students may have needs that require services beyond what the center offers. For these students, the Counseling Center Care Coordination services are available to help them get connected with the most appropriate level of care.
