NOTICE: ALL Campus Health services, Uptown & Downtown, will be CLOSED for the winter recess beginning Monday, December 23 and ending on Wednesday, January 1. All operations will reopen on Thursday, January 2.

All Campus Health services will CLOSE from 12:00-1:00pm starting Thursday, January 2 through Friday, January 10.

Tulane EMS is OUT OF SERVICE for Winter Break as of Dec. 6. Service will resume January 13 at 7 a.m.

Virtual Self-Help Tools

CAPS offers a variety of therapy-assisted and self-guided virtual mental health resources to provide Tulane students with ongoing, daily mental wellness support. Students can utilize innovative online and mobile self-help tools to navigate a wide range of mental health concerns, promote resiliency, and optimize positive mental health.

TAO (Therapy Assistance Online)

NOTICE: Access to TAO will NO LONGER be available after September 30, 2024.

 

TAO (Therapy Assistance Online) includes over 150 brief, effective, educational sessions covering over 50 common topics and skills related to mental health, wellness, and substance use issues. TAO Includes interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises and practice tools all aimed at helping you achieve your goals.

How To Register For TAO Self-Help 

  1. In your browser window, navigate to https://us.taoconnect.org/register.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and your school email address.
  3. Create a password.
  4. Leave the Enrollment Key field blank.
  5. Click SIGN ME UP
  6. Check your email. You will be sent a Welcome to TAO email with a confirmation link which you must click on to sign in.

  2. Enter your school email address.
  3. Click Login.

The LINE

The LINE is a telephonic crisis service that provides students with 24-hour access to crisis assessment and intervention. The LINE provides students with immediate access to care when and where it’s needed most. Students can call The LINE at 504-264-6074 when they need to talk to someone right away or after hours for confidential support.
